Police are looking for a bunch of escaped prisoners who walked to freedom by following a newly installed ‘Way Out’ sign.
Despite many months digging a well engineered tunnel, the gang instead left the prison after one keen-eyed lag spotted an emergency exit sign.
The sign had been hung after a health and safety inspection awarded a Silver safety certificate when it found the tunnel met all necessary safety standards apart from having a well signposted escape route.
