A new app sensation where people video themselves arguing and let the public decide who wins has launched amid a row over who owns name.
Shoutmedown.com is the brainchild of software developer Delores Rankle of San Jose, California.
But Rankle has already been hit with a writ in a row with partner Kimberlee Leee, who is suing over the name.
“I was always saying, “Shoutmedown why don’t you” whenever we had a row,” Leee posted on Shoutmedown.

One social media expert said: It is what social has been waiting for.
One social media divorce lawyer based in LA said: “Shoutmedown is going to be huge. Will it be a litigation monster? You betcha!”
