Scientists and the general public are united in the knowledge that this spring is the second earliest ever on record.
However, this news has not stopped an increase in the phrase “I’ve never known a spring to be this early” being echoed in gardens across most of the country but especially south of Birmingham.
Early reports are all pointing to climate change being the reason for this mad spring we are having but with this only being the second earliest spring on record there needs to be more research and different conclusions drawn.
